It is available to all iPhone users, either 3G or 3G variants, the new version of the IOS operating system. IOS 4 comes loaded with new features (over 100) as Steve Jobs announced at the last Apple developer conference a few weeks ago. One of the most important news of the new IOS 4, is called multitasking (multitasking).
