Creamy sun dried tomato pesto chicken and Italian sausage with roasted peppers, onions, and mushrooms over pasta.

Homemade chicken pot pies of carrots, sweet peas, corn, and chopped broccoli.

Garlic and herb crusted prime rib drizzled with a bourbon mustard demi served with rosemary roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus and portabella mushroom. This dish may also be served with horseradish cream sauce or au jus.

Roasted turkey with whipped mashed potatoes, apple stuffing, homade gravy, cranberries, and mixed vegetables.


Pan seared pork chops topped with a brandy peppercorn sauce on a bed of herbed risotto and sauté of mixed vegetables.

Beef tenderloin or New York strip served with your choice of creamy risotto, horseradish mashed potatoes, or rosemary roasted potatoes. This dish may be served with your choice of sauce; gorgonzola cream sauce, wild mushroom demi glaze, brandy peppercorn sauce, rosemary cranberry demi glaze, bourbon Dijon mustard sauce, or béarnaise sauce. Accompanied with a medley of vegetables.
