Bread Station: Fresh baggot, olive loaf, asiago cheese, roasted garlic loaf, sourdough, dinner rolls, or bread sticks
With various spreads of whipped butter, marinated olive tapenade, balsamic wine and olive oil, sundried tomato, basil pesto, roasted red pepper, and honey butter

Carving Station:

Roast beef or prime rib served with your choice of horseradish crème sauce or an herb, mushroom, and onion au jus.

Roast turkey breast served with your choice of rosemary cranberry sauce or pan drippings gravy

Beef tenderloin with a cabernet demi glaze or au jus

Sautee Stations:

Pasta Station
Your choice of pastas, sauce, and vegetables sautéed custom for your guests.

Pastas include: Linguini, spaghetti, penne, angel hair, cappellini, fettuccini, farfalle, mastacholi, cheese ravioli, tortellini, spinach pasta

Sauces include: Marinara, sun dried tomato pesto, Bolognese, alfredo, or basil pesto

Vegetable Station:

Broccoli, asparagus, yellow and green zucchini, cauliflower, wild mushrooms, chopped tomato, snow peas, carrots, green beans, red onion, green and red peppers
Sautéed in your choice of sauce.
Sauces include: White wine and shallot, buerre blanc, lemon and herb, dill and butter sauce, sesame soy, and Thai basil sauce
