Corned beef or vegetable hash served with potatoes.

Pancakes with maple syrup and topping of berries, whipped cream, butter and chocolate chips.

Pastries and croissants.

French crepes filled with your choice of strawberries, raspberries, and cheese cake.

Mixed vegetable grill served with lemon, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.

Assorted quiches; Vegetable, brie and prosciutto, Lorraine, ham and cheddar.

Carving station of prime rib, roast beef or roast turkey served with your choice of sauce, au jus, gravy, or horseradish cream.

Raw bar of shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail, king crab legs, stonecrab, fresh shucked oysters lemon cocktail sauce, lobster, and made to order tuna tartar.

Bagels with lox and an assortment of cream cheese spreads; sun dried tomato, vegetable, chive, and strawberry. This also comes with sides of capers, diced red onion, parsley, and lemon.
